In these positions, he has played a pivotal role in facilitating more than $30 million worth of real estate transactions, contributing to the success and growth of these companies. Hameed's proficiency extends beyond transactions, as he also serves as a licensed real estate trainer. His role involves imparting knowledge and expertise to aspiring real estate professionals nationwide.
Stephen Newsome
Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in IT from Florida A&M University and a Master's degree in Informatics from Jacksonville University. As the Founder of Computer Forensic Solutions, Stephen spearheaded numerous groundbreaking technology innovation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies such as America Online/Time Warner, AT&T American Transtech, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. With over a decade of experience in project and IT management, Stephen has played integral roles in a wide array of real estate projects, including new construction, fixer-uppers, and major and minor rehab projects.
